Group VibeFlow Breathwork
Shift your state. Expand your awareness. Explore what’s available beyond the everyday mind.
Next Session - Tuesday, September 29 at 7:00 PM EST
Can’t make it live…you’ll receive a 3-day replay after the session.
Sometimes the most interesting thing about breathwork isn’t what you release.
It’s what you access.
Most of us spend our days in a familiar state of consciousness — thinking, planning, responding, doing.
But there are other states available to us.
States where the mental noise softens.
Where awareness expands.
Where insights can arise without being searched for.
Where you may feel more connected to your intuition, your inner knowing, your body, or something beyond your everyday mind.
The breath can be a doorway into that space.
Through conscious connected breathing, music, guided support, and energy work, VibeFlow Breathwork invites you to move beyond your ordinary state of awareness and into a deeper, more receptive experience.
You may release emotion.
You may experience energy moving through your body.
You may receive an insight, image, memory, or unexpected sense of knowing.
You may feel peaceful, expansive, deeply connected — or experience something completely different.
There is nothing you need to force.
You simply breathe, allow, and see where the experience takes you.
If you’ve been exploring Mindsight with me, you already know there’s more to perception than what we take in through the physical senses. Breathwork gives us another way to explore that expanded awareness.
"I was nervous to join a group session, but I’m so glad I did. The breathwork journey was powerful, and the energy healing made the session feel more complete and grounding. I loved it!" -Samantha L.
Can’t make it live? You’ll still have 3 days to watch the replay.
What happens when we breathe together?
There’s something different about entering this kind of experience with a group.
Even virtually, everyone arrives with the same intention: to breathe, open, explore, and allow.
As the session unfolds, the collective energy can make it easier to drop out of the everyday mind and go deeper into your own experience.
You don’t have to talk.
You don’t have to share.
You simply lie down, put on your headphones, listen to the music, and breathe while I guide you.
In a group VibeFlow Breathwork session:
• The analytical mind can begin to soften.
Instead of constantly thinking, interpreting, and trying to figure things out, you have an opportunity to move into a more receptive state.
• Your awareness may begin to expand.
You may become more aware of subtle sensations, emotions, imagery, intuitive impressions, or simply a deeper sense of presence.
• Emotion and energy can move.
Breathwork can bring things to the surface that you’ve been holding onto — sometimes through tears, tingles, movement, laughter, warmth, or other sensations.
• The group creates a shared energetic experience.
There is something powerful about knowing others are breathing alongside you, even from different places around the world.
• You get to experience yourself differently.
Without the constant noise of everyday life, you may discover what becomes available when you give yourself permission to simply receive.

What to expect in a virtual group session
You don’t need any experience to join—just a willingness to show up and breathe deeply for anxiety relief
We’ll begin by settling in.
I’ll guide you through a short grounding and intention-setting to help your body relax and your mind feel safe.
Then, we breathe.
Using a conscious connected breathing pattern, I’ll guide you through an active breathwork journey, all set to carefully curated music that helps you drop in, feel, and release.
This is the state where deeper awareness begins to open and your system becomes more receptive.
You’ll be supported the entire time.
Even in a group setting, I’m right there with you—holding space, offering energy healing, and tuning in to the flow of the session.
We’ll close with rest and integration.
The final portion of the session invites your system to absorb the shifts. This is where the stillness settles in, and where much of the healing continues.
Duration: 60 - 75 minutes— a focused breathwork journey designed to calm anxiety and restore balance.
Each session is recorded, so you can revisit the experience for 3 days afterward.

FAQ
-
Breathwork works by activating the parasympathetic nervous system—the part of your body responsible for rest, repair, and safety.
As your breathing deepens, your system begins to shift out of fight-or-flight. Your mind slows down, your body relaxes, and your awareness becomes clearer.
This is often where people begin to notice not just relief from stress, but a deeper sense of presence, clarity, and connection to themselves.
-
During the Session:
As your system settles, many people also notice a shift in awareness—feeling more present, more connected, and more able to observe what’s happening internally without reacting to it.
Each VibeFlow Breathwork session is a deeply personal journey, and no two sessions are alike.
Physically, you might notice tingling sensations in your hands, feet, or face as your body responds to increased oxygen flow. Some experience warmth, cold, light-headedness, or even muscle tension. These sensations are your body’s way of releasing energy or stored tension. You may also feel waves of energy moving through different parts of your body as it begins to open up and release blockages.
Emotionally/Mentally, it’s common to experience a range of emotions. You might feel deeply relaxed, or long-buried feelings such as sadness, joy, frustration, or even unexpected laughter may rise to the surface. This is all part of the healing process, as breathwork allows you to access and release emotions that have been stored in your body. You may find yourself accessing memories, visions, or insights, and this process can be cathartic and enlightening.
After the Session:
Post-session, the experience can be equally varied. Many people report feeling a profound sense of relaxation, peace, and calm. Some feel energized and as if a weight has been lifted, while others may experience a heightened sense of clarity and mental focus.Physically, you might feel lighter, more grounded, or notice that aches or tension you felt before the session have eased. Emotionally, you may feel more connected to yourself, more in tune with your feelings, and more open-hearted. It's important to understand that every session is different; the depth of your experience can change each time, and you may not have the same sensations twice.
-
Breathwork doesn’t just calm the body—it changes your state.
As the nervous system settles and the analytical mind softens, your awareness can begin to expand.
This is why people often experience emotional release, insight, or a deeper connection to themselves during a session.
-
Yes. When your nervous system shifts into a calm and receptive state, your awareness often becomes clearer and more expanded.
This is why breathwork is often used as a foundation for practices that involve intuition, insight, and deeper perception.
-
VibeFlow Breathwork uses a rhythmic breathing pattern to help shift your nervous system out of stress and into a more calm, receptive state.
What makes it different is not just the breath itself, but the state it creates.
As the breath deepens and your system settles, the analytical mind begins to quiet. This allows you to access a deeper level of awareness, where emotional release, insight, and internal clarity can begin to emerge more naturally.
-
No, VibeFlow Breathwork is not hyperventilating. It's a controlled, intentional breathing technique that focuses on deep, rhythmic breaths to promote relaxation and healing. Unlike hyperventilation, which is rapid and shallow, VibeFlow Breathwork encourages full, conscious breathing. You are always in control of your breath and can adjust the speed to match what feels comfortable for you. This way, you get to set the pace and stay in control, making sure you feel safe, supported, and truly empowered throughout the entire experience.
-
That’s completely normal.
Most people are used to operating from a more analytical or effort-based state. In these sessions, you’re guided step-by-step into a state where your system can begin to settle naturally.
You don’t have to force anything—your body already knows how to respond.
-
After the session, your system is often in a more open and regulated state.
Give yourself time to rest, hydrate, and stay present with how you feel. Many people notice that clarity, awareness, or emotional shifts continue to unfold after the session.
Simple things like walking, journaling, or quiet time can help your system integrate the experience more fully.
-
For the best results, practicing VibeFlow Breathwork once a week is a great starting point, especially if you're new to breathwork. This frequency allows you to gradually build a deeper connection with your breath, experience emotional release, and reduce stress over time. As you become more comfortable, you can adjust the frequency based on how you feel and the benefits you’re seeking. Some people find even more profound results by practicing 2-3 times a week. Remember, it’s all about finding a rhythm that feels right for you.
